The Oklahoma Chapter of the American Planning Association is a 501(c)3 organization. Our bylaws were originally adopted in 1979. The most recent bylaws were approved in October 2010.
New bylaws will be voted on by the membership during a virtual meeting on December 15, 2021 at 1:30 p.m. A quorum (10 percent of those eligible to vote) must be present at the meeting at the time of vote on the amendment.
