Oklahoma Chapter of the APA is a 501(c)3. Our Bylaws were originally adopted in 1979. The most recent Bylaws was approved in October 2010.
The Oklahoma Chapter of the American Planning Association (OKAPA) began its strategic planning process in the summer of 2011 with a grant from the American Planning Association (APA) Chapter Presidents Council. Adopted in 2012, this four year plan focuses on goals in four main areas: Board Governance, Membership, Planning Education, and Partnerships & Relationships.
